This download includes four different bingo-style reading challenges, which can be sent out at multiple points in the year. The reading challenges includes a ‘Christmas reading challenge’, which encourage children to read in festive spots like next to the Christmas tree and whilst wearing a Santa hat. This download contains over 40 comprehension questions to encourage criticality and reading for pleasure. These questions, which can be tailored and applied to the story or piece of text your class is reading, develop a child’s comprehension skills by developing their ability to predict, explain and pick out key vocabulary.
